Koulen Central hotel’s main all day dining restaurant. ‘’Veayo” [ meaning wind or air] restaurant is located on the 5th floor, serving western and asian cuisine – featuring Khmer dishes. The restaurant stretches out towards Siem Reap’s Sivutha boulevard. Veayo could accommodate more than 100 pax which is also ideal for both formal and informal gatherings.
